The plaintiff truck driver, who was pulling a hand pallet jack containing 3000 pounds of newspaper bundles onto his truck from the loading dock, contended that the defendant, whose employee placed the pallet containing the bundles onto the pallet jack with a forklift, negligently damaged the bottom slot during the loading process. Lynch Plant Hire, has purchased five additional Terex TA30 articulated trucks, taking their total Terex dump trucks to 30 units. This new investment comes as a result of increased construction projects in the London area, according to Merrill Lynch, Operations Director for Lynch Plant.

Dunbar Works, the only cement works in Scotland, has recently purchased two Terex TR100 rigid trucks to assist in the restoration of quarry areas where limestone has been removed.
